Check it out, Fantasia is the last one standing @ end of this segment in top ten part of season. On the day before the final voting, I came out into the parking lot at CBS and saw Ms. Barrino (Fantasia’s mom) coming towards me lookin so worried. I had just finshed Fantasia’s final piece and just gone through all the footage of Fantasia visiting her church and everything. You could tell this was one blessed girl. I wanted to tell her mom something positive, but instead had to keep my eyes on my car as I passed her. We can not influence the contenstant in any way to the best of our ability. Who knows anyways… her mom probably needed to worry about her daughter. This was it… and only 2 days left. I like that about TV… some of these behind the scenes moments — we all have them in the industry. I wish we could all share them in a good way… maybe someone can build a blog. anyways… Ken Warwick had come into the bay and the only change he made was adding the narration. He was right, and I learned how shrewd he and Nigel were as STORYTELLERS. They are PT Barnum and highly successful for the same reason as any great showmen in history.
